We’ve made our way to the final Module of this Forgiveness Quest. Congratulations!
It is only fitting that we wrap up our quest with a focus on gratitude, and consider how deeply important gratitude is for our mental health.
If we only focus on the negative things in our lives, we will only see more negative things.
And this is not a balanced perspective because, even in the most dire conditions, there is something to be thankful for.
