Welcome & Introduction

This sprint will give women the opportunity to see how they can manage their ‘female’ health by making small changes that can create the difference between feeling well and fit to being uncomfortable, overtired and desperate! A woman with a family spends most of her time seeing to all the needs of her children and her husband, without paying too much attention to her own needs. This sprint will highlight some of the issues women deal with and how they can prepare for present and future health so prevention of chronic conditions like hormonal imbalances, overweight and fatigue can be rectified.

Having some insight into what you should be doing to make sure that your body stays healthy and in optimal health will help you understand why the checkups are important, what areas you can manage with diet and lifestyle modifications and when you need to seek expert help if abnormalities creep in.
