I drink enough water (about 6 glasses a day).

I feel physicaly strong to cope with everyday tasks.
I follow a regular exercise programme (at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity and strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least two times a week).
I am satisfied with my general health.
